Return Policy

Detail Net is committed to providing our buyers with the best customer service.  Below is a check list to easily ensure that your package will be returned in the most efficient manner.

  1. In the event that you may need to return an item for an ordering error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.  All UNOPENED/UNUSED returned orders will assessed a 20% restocking fee.  Orders that are not brought to our attention within 7 days are non-refundable.    Detail Net can be notified immediately by email or using our toll free line at 800-343-0055.  *Please note:  Detail Net is not responsible for any shipping charges for returned packages.
  2. Once you have the item properly packaged and ready for shipping, you can either:
  • Drop your package off at a local USPS or a UPS drop box or UPS store. To find a UPS drop off location visit their website.  Or,
  • Call UPS for a pick-up at 800-742-5877
  1. All returned packages must be received in our warehouse with the original invoice or packaging slip included and with sufficient packing to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Once we receive your returned package, credit will be issued in the manner paid within ten business days of our receipt.
